As we’ve kept a close eye on all things COVID, we want to be careful that we are taking care of every resident, child, staff member, volunteer, and their families. We have decided to pause all “on property” volunteer roles, once again. The one thing we know, is that we really can’t know how things are going to play out with COVID, so we appreciate your understanding and faithfulness during this time.
We will be conducting Zoom classes in the evenings for the next few weeks. If you had graciously signed up to volunteer in our Children’s ministry, THANK YOU for your willingness to come serve, but we will not have Children’s volunteers on campus for the next few weeks. If you are interested in teaching a class for Exodus, and willing to teach by Zoom, please email eli@exodusministries.org or respond to this email. We plan to re-evaluate the situation, around the first week of August. Thank you for your patience as we try to navigate this unfamiliar territory with everyone’s health and wellness in mind.
We also ask for your prayers as we continue to provide a place of healing, growth, and the tools necessary for our residents to thrive. Please pray that the Lord would grant us wisdom as we go forward, patience for all, and an outlet for our residents.
We value you. We appreciate you. And we look forward to hugging all of your necks so soon!
Please respond with any questions!
Best, Eli Lyon Volunteer Coordinator Exodus Ministries
